Professor Anthony Yu Say is a faculty of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) Conservatory of Music Keyboard Department in Manila, Philippines since 2007. He holds a degree in B.S. Architecture prior to his Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance. He finished his Bachelor’s Degree in Piano Performance (cum laude) in year 2002 and his M.A. in Piano Performance in year 2011, both at the UST Conservatory of Music. At present, he is in the process of finishing his Doctor of Musical Arts at the St. Paul University Manila.
As one of the most sought after piano pedagogues in the Philippines today, his students have won numerous National and International Piano Competitions. He is regularly being invited to adjudicate both local and International Piano Competitions, as well as to give seminars to uplift the teaching standards in the Philippines.
Professor Say is currently the President of the Piano Teachers’ Guild of the Philippines Foundation Inc. (PTGPFI), a position which he held from 2010-2014 and from 2018 to present.
